Assistant Store Manager - Carousel

Assistant Store Managers will support our Store Managers with overseeing day to day retail operations and ensuring there is compliance to company policies and procedures. Assistant Store Managers take on a store leadership role when the Store Manager is away.

You and the Store Manager will work closely with our experienced Store Partner, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience. Our Carousel store is involved in our joint venture partnership, where we have had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional business leaders who have joined Oscar Wylee as part owners of our stores.

About You: 

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
• Able to work closely and build positive relationship with Store Manager to maintain a professional environment and customer service
• Confidence in building genuine connections with customers and creating beneficial in-store interactions.
• Has a positive, proactive attitude! You will bring energy to the team and love being part of a collaborative, supportive environment.
