Psychologist

Our ORS Psychology team is growing, and we're looking for our next Psychologist to join us. You'll work alongside a national team of psychologists delivering NDIS and private services, with the supervision, flexibility and support to build the career you want — whether you're early in your journey or well established.

The role

You'll provide evidence-based therapy using modalities including CBT, ACT and DBT, alongside a full range of psychological assessments — autism, ADHD, cognitive/IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, mental health, and decision-making capacity.

You'll work from our Fyshwick or Mitchell clinics within a multidisciplinary team, or out in the community — family homes, disability group homes, day programs and schools — with clients allocated close to where you live.

What we offer

•   Competitive remuneration, reviewed against the market (base + super)

•   Regular peer supervision within a collaborative national team spanning different areas of practice

•   Genuine flexibility: work from home, own your calendar, and choose full-time or part-time or reduced hours

•   One additional week of annual leave after three years, plus generous parental leave

•   Laptop, phone and the tools you need to do the job well

•   Support through the registrar pathway if you're early-career and completing the registrar program — and if you're mid-to-late career, we value your experience

What you'll bring

•   General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

•   Demonstrated competence in conducting autism assessments — a core requirement of this role

•   A current driver's licence and access to a car

•   A National Police Clearance, Working With Children / Working With Vulnerable People Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain before commencement)

•   Desirable: experience with cognitive assessments, and endorsement in Clinical, Clinical Neuropsychology, or Educational and Developmental Psychology
