About ORS
ORS is one of Australia's leading allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers, supporting thousands of clients nationally through a network of more than 20 locations and a workforce of over 750 employees.
Technology is critical to everything we do. From our clinical systems and national network to collaboration platforms and cyber security controls, our infrastructure enables staff across the country to deliver services that make a genuine difference in people's lives.
The Opportunity
Based at our Gosford office, the Senior Systems Engineer is the technical anchor of our IT function.
This is a hands-on senior role responsible for the infrastructure that underpins every ORS location nationally. You will also lead and mentor our IT Service Desk team, ensuring high standards of customer service, technical support and operational excellence.
It is a genuine blend of deep technical engineering and people leadership. One day you might be planning a network upgrade, troubleshooting a complex infrastructure issue or delivering a major system rollout. The next, you could be coaching a Service Desk Analyst through a challenging escalation, improving operational processes or helping shape the future direction of our technology environment.
If you enjoy ownership, autonomy and variety, this role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on both the technology platform and the people who support it.
