Join a leading national provider of allied health, disability, NDIS and workplace rehabilitation services, and play a pivotal role in helping people reach their potential by transforming lives through data.
This is a hands-on technical analyst role. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret business, operational, clinical and financial data to identify trends and insights that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Develop reports, dashboards and custom visualisations in Power BI to support decision-making across the organisation.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and model data from the warehouse and source systems.
- Conduct routine data audits, identify data quality issues and drive improvements in data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the integrity, management and ongoing optimisation of the data warehouse environment.
- Source and reconcile data from multiple platforms to build reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
- Assist with data governance, privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements in line with the standards expected in a regulated healthcare and NDIS setting.
- Collaborate with operational, clinical and leadership teams to align reporting and insights with business needs.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Data Analyst or similar technical analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insight.
- Advanced SQL skills, including querying, joining and modelling data across multiple sources.
- Strong experience with data warehousing concepts and reporting from warehouse environments.
- Expertise in developing impactful Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
- Advanced Excel and broader business intelligence/reporting capability.
- Experience working with data from platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle or similar.

- Experience with data audit processes and improving data quality.
- Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality and data security requirements.
- Familiarity with version control and developer tooling (Git, Visual Studio, VS Code).
Desirable
- Experience working in allied health, healthcare, disability, NDIS or other regulated environments.
