About the role:

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner you will be part of Australia’s largest Positive Behaviour Support team with over 300 practitioners providing positive behaviour support services to NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan. 

This will involve:

  • Working with the client’s whole system of supports
  • Playing an integral part in contributing to clients’ goals and quality of life
  • Observing and assessing clients’ behaviours of concern
  • Creating behaviour support plans and implementation plans
  • Implementing your plan, as well as monitoring and reviewing

What are we looking for?

  • Tertiary Qualifications in psychology, behaviour analysis (BCBA), social work, teaching/early childhood care, social sciences, criminology, counselling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or nursing
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check)
