Are you an experienced Psychologist and Board-approved Supervisor looking to take the next step in your leadership journey? ORS Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant National Manager to lead our Psychology Division nationwide.

Your Role:

As the Assistant National Manager - Psychology, you will:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee a national team of psychologists across WA, NSW, ACT, and VIC, ensuring consistent service quality and compliance with evidenced-best practices.
  • Strategic Leadership: Directly manage State Managers and Psychology Clinic Managers, driving operational excellence, high-quality servicing, and client satisfaction.
  • Client Services Excellence: Maintain and enhance the quality of psychological services in assessment and intervention across all current and future psychology service contracts.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards across NDIS, Medicare, Mindspot GP, EAP, Workers Compensation, and private client services.
  • Performance Support: Support the professional development of team members, ensuring high engagement and retention.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist, with a high preference for endorsement in Clinical Psychology and Board-approved Supervisor status.
  • Strong experience across a range of service areas, including NDIS, Medicare, Mindspot GP, EAP, Workers Compensation, and private client pathways.
  • Proven expertise in both intervention and assessment, with a strong preference for experience in complex neurodevelopmental disorder (autism, ID, ADHD) assessments.
  • A strategic mindset with experience in multi-state team management.
  • Strong skills in business development and networking to support divisional growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel to ORS sites across the nation, as needed.
