Team Leader - Psychology & New Employer Services
Reporting directly to the National Manager of Psychology & NES, this is a key position in our leadership team. You will be responsible for the performance of our team of Psychologists, ensuring the team are well supported and have the clinical support they require. This role is also responsible for upholding the highest of standards for our NES clients and will work in conjunction with the National New Employer Specialist & National New Employment Manager to grow our services.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a team of Psychologists in Sydney, Canberra & Newcastle
- Conducting LMA & NE RTW plan reviews
- Providing feedback & training to NES consultants
- Maintain a small caseload and/or manage overflow referrals in peak time
- Contribute to Learning and Development resources and training topics as requested by the General Manager, to ensure continual improvement within the clinical lead area, inclusive of service delivery, templates, policies and procedures.
Qualifications & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
- Full AHPRA registration (preferred)
- 3+ years delivering New Employer Services for a workplace rehabilitation provider
- Vehicle & drivers license
