About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Lane Cove office with 60+ employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business functions. This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.
Your Duties:
- Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
- Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
- Front of house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
- Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
- Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation
- Completing site audits as required
- Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
- Assisting with reporting as required
- Other additional administration duties as required
Role requirements:
- Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
- Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
- Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
