We are looking for passionate, driven Inclusive Employment Specialist who want to do meaningful work every day, supporting people living with mental health conditions into jobs that truly matter to them.

Due to the success & growth of our IEA service in WA over the last six months, we have two vacancies in Perth, one in our Morley office and one in our Jandakot office. You will be joining an existing IEA team of eleven staff across four sites in Perth & Mandurah. This includes a dedicated State Manager, Employer Partnerships Manager & a team manager at each site.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with participants to turn goals into reality, supporting them from “where do I start?” to “I got the job!”
In this role, you will:
- Use the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, the gold standard in mental health employment support
- Guide participants through their full employment journey, from planning to placement and beyond
- Build genuine relationships with employers and create inclusive opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical and community supports to provide holistic, wrap-around care
- Deliver strong, sustainable employment outcomes while meeting performance goals
- Celebrate the wins, big and small, and help build confidence, resilience, and independence

What You Bring
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or similar (preferred)
- Experience in employment, mental health, or disability services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, outcomes-driven mindset
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to obtain relevant clearances
