With continued national growth, we are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our welcoming Coburg team. You’ll be part of a large, collaborative network of over 120 OTs across Australia—giving you access to knowledge, support, and career pathways that accelerate your development.

About the Role

This role is ideal for clinicians who are confident in the fundamentals and ready to broaden their experience. You will:

  • Deliver therapy and assessments across a mixed caseload
  • Work with participants across the lifespan
  • Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and reports
  • Support Assistive Technology recommendations and interventions
  • Develop skills in home modifications and complex cases (with support)
  • Work across clinic, community, school, and home settings

You’ll have the opportunity to stretch your clinical skills while being supported every step of the way.

Support That Sets You Up for Success

At ORS, you won’t be left to figure things out alone. We provide:

  • Structured onboarding and gradual caseload build
  • Regular supervision with experienced Senior OTs
  • Access to national clinical mentors and resources
  • Peer support from a large, collaborative OT network

This is a role where you can grow your confidence and capability without feeling overwhelmed.

Flexibility & Work–Life Balance

We know flexibility matters—especially as you build your career:

  • Manage your own calendar
  • Work-from-home flexibility for admin days
  • Flexible hours and part-time options
  • Clients allocated close to home
  • Modern Coburg clinic with onsite parking

Career Development

This role is designed as a stepping stone toward senior practice. You’ll have opportunities to:

  • Progress into a Senior Occupational Therapist role
  • Develop clinical specialisations (paediatrics, mental health, home mods, assistive technology)
  • Build skills in complex assessments and reporting
  • Take on mentoring or supervision responsibilities over time

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • Around 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Passion for learning and developing your skills
  • A commitment to person-centred care
  • Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Why ORS?

  • Established national organisation with over 30 years’ experience
  • Supportive, inclusive, and values-driven culture
  • Strong focus on clinician wellbeing and sustainability
  • Clear career pathways and internal progression opportunities
