What you will do
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA)
- Develop interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
- Implement evidence-based PBS strategies and interventions
- Help clients and families achieve their goals and reach their potential
- Reduce and eliminate restrictive practices in line with best practice
- Train and coach families, carers and support teams
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary allied health team
- Meet achievable KPIs with bonus opportunities
- Complete clear, compliant documentation aligned with NDIS requirements.
What we are looking for
- Current suitability as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with an active practitioner number.
- Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS at Proficient level
- Strong skills in assessment, formulation and report writing
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and achieve meaningful outcomes
- Ability to meet reporting timeframes and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working within a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Relevant qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology or similar
- Driver’s licence and vehicle and willingness to travel locally
