Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role where you can shape a team, support clinical excellence and make a genuine difference?

ORS Group is looking for a passionate Team Leader Occupational Therapy to guide and develop a high-performing OT team while delivering outstanding client outcomes across a diverse caseload.

About the role

As Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and support a team of Occupational Therapists
  • Provide clinical guidance, supervision and professional development
  • Drive quality, consistency and best practice across service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support team and business goals
  • Contribute to service growth, workforce planning and operational excellence

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong clinical experience within disability, community, or related settings
  • Previous leadership, supervision or mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for developing others and delivering person-centred care
