We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join oOh!media's Business Analysis chapter. Reporting to the Principal Business Analyst, you will take ownership of complex functional areas within large business initiatives—from initial analysis through to delivery support and output validation.

In this role, you will navigate multi-system environments, partner iteratively with Architecture and Engineering, and manage cross-squad dependencies across our delivery teams. You will also play an active role in shaping chapter practice standards and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis workflows.

What you’ll be doing:

  • End-to-End Functional Ownership: Own the full analysis, functional design, delivery support, and validation lifecycle for complex functional areas, producing business rules, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-Squad Coordination: Identify, document, and track dependencies across shared business rules, data flows, and integration points to ensure BRD coherence across multiple engineering squads.
  • Iterative Architecture Partnership: Engage actively in technical design conversations, stress-testing architectural approaches against business needs while adapting requirements to technical constraints.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate working sessions with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and technical teams to elicit requirements, manage scope, and resolve ambiguity.
  • Delivery Support & Validation: Stay embedded with delivery squads to clarify intent mid-sprint and validate delivered outputs against original functional goals.

What you’ll bring:

  • BA Experience: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within complex, multi-system technology delivery environments.
  • Technical & Functional Ownership: Demonstrated experience taking end-to-end ownership of functional specifications, process models, and cross-functional dependencies across multi-squad initiatives.
  • Technical Engagement: Strong ability to engage credibly in technical design discussions with architects and engineers.
  • AI-Enabled Workflow: Active user of AI tools in analysis and documentation work to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Facilitation: Confident facilitator capable of creating structure from ambiguous problems and communicating clearly to business and technical audiences.
  • Desirable Experience (Bonus Points): Experience in media/adtech, agile delivery across concurrent squads, quarterly delivery cadences, or workflow/UX analysis for internal systems.

Benefits and perks:

  • Modern offices with great amenities and easy transport access
  • Competitive salary package
  • Career development and learning opportunities to support your growth
  • Generous parental leave and wellbeing support, including EAP access via Sonder
  • Regular team events, social activities, and recognition programs
  • Wellness initiatives and discounts to support your health and lifestyle
  • The opportunity to work with leading brands on high-impact, creative campaigns

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
