About the opportunity:

  • Permanent Full Time
  • Based in Brisbane – close to transport, cafés and shops

As Group Sales Leader, you’ll report directly to the QLD Sales Director and take ownership of leading a high‑performing team of Business Managers and Campaign Executives across Brisbane and South‑East Queensland. Your remit is clear: lift performance, deepen agency partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the breadth of the oOh! portfolio.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be deeply connected to the market — coaching your team in real time, building senior client relationships, and ensuring execution excellence across all go‑to‑market activity.

You’ll inspire a culture of accountability, curiosity, and high achievement, while championing behaviours that reflect our values: Grow Sustainably, Play with Heart, and Stronger Together.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver

In this role, you’ll:

Lead a high-performing team

  • Inspire, motivate and develop a team of Business Managers and Campaign Executives.
  • Provide regular in‑market coaching, feedback and performance uplift.
  • Oversee weekly pipeline reviews, activity management and revenue accountability for the Queensland agency patch.

Drive commercial outcomes

  • Translate national strategy into meaningful territory goals, planning and forecasting.
  • Lead quarterly account planning, ensuring outstanding execution of all oOh! GTM activity.
  • Actively support prospecting, pitching and high‑impact opportunities alongside your team.

Champion strong agency relationships

  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers across Tier 1 and independent agencies.
  • Maintain a strong and visible market presence, positioning oOh! as the partner of choice.
  • Provide regular intel, insights, trends and challenges to inform broader business strategy.

Develop talent and foster culture

  • Lead bi‑annual Impact & Growth processes and monthly development conversations.
  • Identify capability gaps and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective training.
  • Create an environment of belonging, high performance and clear accountability.

About You:

You’re a respected sales leader with a track record of elevating team performance and delivering strong commercial outcomes. You will thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in media or advertising, including sales leadership.
  • Strong existing agency relationships, particularly across Brisbane’s major holding groups.
  • Demonstrated success leading mature, senior sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple products, priorities and challenges at pace.
  • Commercial depth and influencing capability across all organisational levels.
  • A proactive, performance‑driven approach to growing new and existing business.
  • A leadership style defined by empathy, accountability and energy.

OOH experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Our benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary package
  • A positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
