About the opportunity:

As a Campaign Executive at oOh! you will provide administrative support to a dynamic sales team, working with our Tier 1 media agency partners. Working in a fast- paced environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the sales team are enabled to maximise opportunities and provide the best possible service to our clients. Day to day your responsibilities will include: 

Key responsibilities and experience:

  • Work with both Business Managers & customers directly to ensure all customer needs are met throughout the briefing and campaign lifecycle – campaign recommendations, brief response building, go live activities, post campaign analysis, customer queries and resolution.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer post-sale requests, owning the experience and ensuring resolution in a timely and accurate manner. ·
  • Build trust and rapport with agency/customer stakeholders through professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through. ·
  • Apply customer-specific knowledge to deliver tailored service and campaign support. · Participate in external and industry-facing events (e.g. NGEN, OMA) to build market understanding and strengthen customer relationships. ·
  • Identify when to escalate issues to senior team members, always striving for long-term relationship outcomes.

Sales Strategy & Planning – We are media experts, strategic & accountable .

  • Develop foundational knowledge of the OOH media landscape and oOh!'s positioning within it.
  • Support campaign strategy through planning session attendance, brief uncoveries, and pre/post-campaign analysis.
  • Engage in continuous learning across sales processes, media tools (e.g., Adex, Big Datr), and customer insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Solutions, Product Sales, CTU) to deliver effective campaign outcomes.

Sales Execution & Process Discipline – We are skilled in the art and science of selling.

  • Manage end-to-end post-sale campaign processes with accuracy and ownership.
  • Proficient in tools and systems including MOVE, IMS, Signz, OTP, oOh! Explore, and booking processes.
  • Respond to briefs (within defined thresholds) independently, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and campaign trackers; deliver high-quality reporting, analysis, and presentation materials.
  • Assist in managing pipeline and weekly forecast, supporting consistency in revenue delivery
  • Apply MOVE 1.5 principles confidently to support campaign planning and measurement.
  • Confidently presents to internal and external stakeholders, tailoring key messages to the audience while representing the oOh! brand with professionalism and consistency.
