We’re looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Brand Marketing Director to lead the strategic direction, evolution, and execution of the oOh! brand.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape how oOh! shows up to advertisers, agencies and the broader marketing industry - driving brand preference, credibility and growth. You’ll combine strong brand strategy, creative direction and leadership capability to deliver bold work that connects and positions oOh! as an industry leader.

Leading a small, high-performing team of marketing and creative professionals, you’ll partner across Sales, Product and Data to deliver integrated, brand-led initiatives that resonate with a professional, advertising-focused audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of oOh!’s trade marketing and brand strategy and plan
  • Lead and drive the creative direction across all brand touchpoints (design, content, video)
  • Ensure strong brand governance and consistency across the business
  • Lead major go-to-market and trade marketing initiatives aligned to commercial priorities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering creativity and accountability
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling, insight-led brand experiences

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within media, agency or B2B environments
  • Proven ability to lead brand strategy and execution in a B2B context (OOH and media advantageous)
  • Strong creative judgment and experience overseeing high-quality design and content output
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect brand vision to commercial outcomes
  • Skilled in developing high-quality marketing materials and presentations to support internal and external communications.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance
  • Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Our benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary package
  • A positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!

At oOh!, we celebrate diversity and strive for an inclusive environment. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and refugees.
