The Programmatic Operations Team forms part of the Platforms, Operations and Delivery team, that sits within the Revenue & Growth department at oOh! Media. The Programmatic Operations Coordinator plays an important role in the day-to-day operations and management of oOh!’s programmatic activity.

Based in North Sydney you’ll join a close knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager.  

·      Management of the creative approval process to ensure creative guidelines, prohibitions, exclusions and restrictions are adhered to.

·      Management of existing oOh! Inventory in programmatic partner platforms.

·      Onboarding new programmatic inventory into programmatic partner platforms.

·      Build a deep understanding of programmatic process and platforms, with the goal of being able to propose recommendations that improve operational efficiency and advance programmatic revenue opportunities.

·      Execution of Restrictions and Tagging Strategy

·      Delivery of recurring Programmatic reporting to Revenue and Growth stakeholders

·      Supported by the Digital Delivery & Platforms Team, help build and continually develop the training collateral for internal and external stakeholders.

·      Delivery of administrative support, commercial reporting and other ad hoc process tasks as required
