Account Receivable / Payable

Cactus Imaging is the leading Grand Format printing company in Australia and is internationally recognised as one of the world’s leading digital printers. We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional with experience to join the team.

In this dual AP/AR role, you will play a key part in supporting the Finance team by ensuring the accurate maintenance of financial records and the timely processing of transactions.

About the Role

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process supplier invoices accurately and within required timeframes.
• Manage weekly payment runs.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records, including invoice tracking and filing.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to efficiently resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Assist with month-end reporting and provide ad hoc accounting support as required.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Generate and issue customer invoices.
• Monitor incoming payments and allocate receipts against customer accounts within the system.
• Assist in resolving customer queries relating to invoicing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and follow up overdue accounts to support collections.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, etc
