As a Campaign Delivery Executive at oOh!, you’ll join a close-knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries.

The Campaign Delivery Team forms part of the Platforms, Operations and Delivery team, that sits within the Revenue & Growth department at oOh!media. The Campaign Delivery Team are responsible for the implementation of advertising campaigns.

Based in South Melbourne, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and be nurtured and supported by both your team and manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign & Sales Support: Provide timely and accurate information to clients and our sales team across upcoming campaigns.
  • Creative Testing & Scheduling: Test and schedule static and digital creative files.
  • Print & Installation Management: Organise print and installation of material.
  • Data Entry & System Management: Collate information from various sources and enter data accurately into our system within strict deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with multiple clients and multiple sales teams via phone and email.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Pro-actively troubleshoot and problem solve by liaising with relevant stakeholders internally and externally.

What you’ll bring:

  • Organisational Skills: Highly motivated professional who is very organised, can multitask, handle high volumes of requests, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced, results driven environment.
  • Process Orientation: Process driven, proactive and a problem solver with good communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability and eagerness to learn and operate new platforms and tools and be proficient in MS Office.
  • Industry Mindset: Out Of Home advertising media experience is preferred, but not necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow in this exciting and fast-paced industry!
