We are looking for a commercially minded and curious AI Product Owner to drive oOh!’s business-led tactical AI transformation. This newly created role sits within the Strategy team and works closely with Product Operations to turn real business problems into scalable, low friction AI solutions and is aligned with oOh!’s strategic ambitions.

As our AI Product Owner, you’ll build and manage the AI backlog—spotting opportunities, validating ideas, and rapidly delivering microprojects that drive efficiency, unlock insights, and create meaningful value across the organisation. You’ll work directly with teams across the business to understand their challenges, identify what’s possible, and prove impact through fast, measurable outcomes.

If you thrive at the intersection of curiosity, innovation and commercial pragmatism, this role is for you. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our AI initiatives hit the sweet spot of desirability, feasibility and viability—and are aligned to oOh!’s strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities and experience:

  • Backlog Ownership & Prioritisation: Maintain and manage the AI backlog of business-led ideas, prioritizing by impact, feasibility, and alignment to strategy.
  • Discovery & Validation: Lead discovery sessions and partner with end-users to co-design microprojects that deliver tangible value, aiming for delivery in under 2 weeks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy: Build trust and visibility across business units, and advocate for AI adoption through demonstration, education, and success storytelling.
  • Scaling & Industrialisation: Identify tactical wins that can successfully scale, partnering with Engineering and Data teams to support institutionalization.
  • Outcome Definition: Establish clear problem statements, success metrics, and validation criteria for each opportunity via a standard lean canvas.

You will also have:

  • 3–6 years in Product, Strategy, Digital Operations, or Innovation roles.
  • Hands on exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform, low-code environments).
  • Ability to connect APIs, clean data, and set up low-code workflows.
  • Strong understanding of business process design, value stream mapping, and benefits measurement.
  • Solid experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, prototyping, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and validate business hypotheses.

Our benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary package
  • A positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!

At oOh!, we celebrate diversity and strive for an inclusive environment. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and refugees.
