About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful execution of high-impact cross-functional projects that support our business growth strategy. 

Key responsibilities and experience:

As the Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Governance: Overseeing governance and facilitating key project ceremonies, including working groups, status reporting, and detailed scheduling.
  • Strategic Alignment: Driving project planning and delivery that aligns short-term operational needs with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Planning & Reporting: Developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, managing milestones, and providing regular, clear updates to key sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and coordinating with business units to allocate and manage resources effectively, including identifying Business and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Discipline: Ensuring rigorous project management practices and governance are followed throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You will also have:

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in managing complex business projects, preferably within media or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of coordinating and/or managing business-critical projects on time and within budget.
  • Highly desired experience in process improvement and driving business efficiencies.
  • Expertise in establishing and leading working groups and executing strong stakeholder management to drive project success.
  • Skilled in accelerating project delivery while maintaining strict project disciplines, ensuring accountability, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
