At oOh!media, we make public spaces better and brands unmissable. As Australia and New Zealand’s leading Out of Home media company, our success is powered by our people, our culture and our ambition.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of oOh!media.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPCO is a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO, ELT and Board, responsible for setting and executing a people and culture strategy that enables business performance, growth and transformation.

This role leads the full end‑to‑end people agenda, including culture, leadership, talent, remuneration, safety and wellbeing, employee relations, organisational development and people operations. You will balance enterprise‑level strategy with hands‑on leadership, ensuring people initiatives are practical, impactful and embedded across the business.

As an ASX‑listed organisation, the CPCO plays a key role in Board engagement, including working closely with the Talent & Culture Committee and Audit & Risk Committee, while also representing oOh!media externally to strengthen our people brand and industry presence.

What you’ll do

In this influential leadership role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver a contemporary people and culture strategy aligned to oOh!media’s business plan, values and strategic priorities
  • Champion and shape a high‑performance, values‑led culture across the organisation
  • Lead and evolve all core people functions including talent, leadership development, performance, remuneration, employee relations, policy and compliance
  • Oversee people operations across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, HR systems and workforce data
  • Own and embed the company’s health, safety and wellbeing framework
  • Partner with the CEO, ELT and Board to support organisational effectiveness, change and leadership capability
  • Provide clear, trusted advice on complex people matters, risk and governance
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure oOh!media remains well positioned on people, culture and workforce trends

What you’ll bring

You are a seasoned executive with a strong track record of leading people and culture agendas in complex, fast‑moving organisations. You bring:

  • Deep expertise across human resources, culture and organisational leadership
  • Experience operating at ELT and Board level, ideally in an ASX‑listed or similarly governed environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes
  • A collaborative, influential leadership style with the confidence to challenge and advise at the highest levels
  • A hands‑on mindset combined with the ability to think enterprise‑wide
  • A passion for building inclusive, high‑performing cultures that enable people and businesses to thrive

Why join oOh!media?

At oOh!media, you’ll join a business with scale, ambition and momentum. We offer the opportunity to make a genuine impact on our people, our culture and the future of Out of Home media in Australia and New Zealand.
