About the opportunity :
Are you passionate about maintaining an organised warehouse and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Based in Bella Vista and next year we will be moving to Marsden Park to a new warehouse.
We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Officer to join our team and play a key role in the management of our advertising poster stock. Your responsibilities will include the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while ensuring accurate stock records using Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate system information reflecting poster stock levels.
- Ensure timely and organised receipt , put away and dispatch of poster materials.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and document best business practices.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders, and team members.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in stock control or administrative tasks within a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A self-starter with the initiative to identify and improve existing warehouse processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- LF forklift licence is highly desirable.
