About the Opportunity:

Based at our Marsden Park office , we are looking for a motivated and organised Administration/ Works Coordinator to support the management of our external workforce, including contractors, labour hire employees, consultants and service providers.

Working closely with Procurement, Legal, hiring managers and external suppliers, you'll help coordinate contractor onboarding, maintain compliance, monitor supplier performance and provide reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of contractors and external suppliers.
  • Build positive relationships with labour hire providers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Be the first point of contact for contractor enquiries and day-to-day support.
  • Maintain contractor records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with contractor agreements, renewals and extensions.
  • Monitor contractor compliance and support governance processes.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on contractor numbers, supplier performance and workforce activity.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Legal and business leaders to ensure contractor engagements are completed efficiently.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across maintenance activities, contractor management, work order scheduling, compliance tracking, reporting, and asset performance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contractor processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and has strong attention to detail. You can manage competing priorities and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent customer service.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience in administration, workforce coordination, recruitment, procurement, contractor management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and reports.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable

  • Exposure to contractor management, procurement or workforce planning.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • A qualification in Business, Human Resources or a related field, or currently working towards one.
