The Opportunity:

Based in our North Sydney office, an opportunity to step in and cover parental leave for approximately a 12 month period. In this role you will join the Commercial Operations team based in our North Sydney office and be able to work in a hybrid role.

What your main responsibilities will be:

  • Internal Stakeholder engagement and participation at regular meetings to understand upcoming Inventory Tasks and assist in prioritisation
  • oOh’s Locate Product SME and completion of daily adhoc tasks
  • Data entry into internal systems as required
  • Ongoing training with Commercial Operations Team Lead
  • Assisting Commercial Operations Team Lead with other product tasks where required
  • Team Inbox Management

Data Management Responsibilities:

  • Internal Tracking Sheets
  • Power BI reporting
  • On going audits and data cleansing
  • Aligning multiple system data with accuracy
  • Monthly Product reporting and sharing with business stakeholders

Systems you will be using:

  • Internal data systems
  • Microsoft 365 – Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint 
  • Require Intermediate skill – Excel & Outlook
  • MOVE (Measurement of Outdoor Visibility and Exposure)
  • Creative Cloud - Adobe Ps, Ai

The Experience: 

  • A stickler for detail, highly organised and disciplined in managing multiple projects & priorities within tight deadlines. Also comfortable working on data management and data auditing.
  •  A strong communicator and an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes. 
  • You're a proven team player and yet comfortable enough to work autonomously where required. 
  • You demonstrate a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset to your work and always deliver to a high standard. 
  • You seek out support where needed and aren't afraid to ask questions and communicate needs. 
  • You're technically astute with strong analytical skills and possess excellent MS Office capabilities across Outlook, Excel and Teams (or similar). 
  • You’re a dedicated, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude!
