About the opportunity:

  • Permanent Full Time
  • Based in Brisbane – close to transport, cafés and shops

As an experienced Business Manager, you’ll play a critical role within our Brisbane agency sales team, managing senior client relationships while driving new revenue opportunities across our agency patch.

You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing deep media knowledge, strong commercial thinking and confidence in leading strategic conversations. Working closely with your Group Sales Leader, you’ll help shape patch strategy, contribute to forecasting and planning rhythms, and model best-practice sales behaviours for the broader team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with clients, influencing outcomes through insight and storytelling, and playing a leadership role without direct people management responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain trusted, senior relationships with key agency stakeholders
  • Lead strategic conversations, delivering insight-led, value-driven OOH solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through a mix of existing account development and new opportunities
  • Partner with your GSL on quarterly planning, forecasting and go-to-market activity
  • Confidently present oOh! solutions and GTMs, leading by example in response to briefs
  • Apply strong sales discipline across pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Use data, market insights and tools (e.g. MOVE, BigDatr) to inform recommendations
  • Act as a role model and mentor for Business Managers and Campaign Executives, uplifting capability across the team

About You

You’re an experienced media sales professional who brings credibility, confidence and energy to everything you do. To be successful in this role, you’ll likely bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in media sales or account management (OOH experience advantageous)
  • Strong agency relationships and confidence engaging senior decision-makers
  • A consultative, insight-led selling style with excellent storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex negotiations
  • High commercial acumen with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
  • A proactive mindset — curious, accountable and results-driven

Our benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary package
  • A positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!

At oOh!, we celebrate diversity and strive for an inclusive environment. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and refugees.
