About the opportunity:

·      Full-time, permanent position

·      Based in North Sydney with a hybrid work model

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our high-performing team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse datasets, uncover meaningful insights, and contribute directly to strategic business decisions.

You’ll collaborate with a talented group of Data Scientists, Engineers, Product and Sales teams to support data-driven initiatives across the business. From trend analysis and segmentation to marketing analytics and visual storytelling, you’ll help translate complex data into actionable outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a team player who enjoys solving problems, communicating insights clearly to stakeholders, and contributing to innovative, scalable data solutions using market-leading behavioural datasets.

 

Key responsibilities and experience :

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar Analyst role preferred
  • Collate and analyse data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Build and deliver clear, engaging data visualisations and reports to support business decisions
  • Analyse trends, customer segmentation, and marketing performance to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product and Sales teams to develop scalable data products and applications
  • Confidently interpret large datasets and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously improve analytic workflows, reporting processes, and methodologies
  • Apply strong commercial thinking to deliver data that drives business impact
  • Demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and improvement
  • Experience in advertising, media, or Out of Home (OOH) sectors highly desirable 

Technical Skills:

  • Python – intermediate
  • SQL – intermediate to advanced
  • Power BI (or similar BI tools) – intermediate
  • Databricks – desirable
  • AWS – desirable
