About the opportunity:
We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Operations Reporting Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Based at our Noble Park office, you will report directly to the Operations Delivery Manager and play a crucial role in supporting the business with accurate data reporting, analysis, and operational support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment,who brings both technical capability and a great team attitude. You’ll be comfortable working with large volumes of data, and confident in producing clear, actionable reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and collate data from multiple internal systems and sources
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain high standards of data hygiene
- Perform comparisons and validations across large datasets
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for reporting tools
- Assist with general operational administration tasks
Skills and Experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Power BI and VBA are a bonus)
- Experience with data extraction, cleansing, and analysis
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively
