About the role
Based in Marsden Park , we are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator or Field Support professional who enjoys keeping jobs, people and information on track?
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and join our Field Force team on a 6-month maternity leave contract.
This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in a coordination or operational support environment and is comfortable managing multiple requests, working with field teams, updating systems and following jobs through from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
You'll be an important link between our Field Force team, internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your day will include:
- Coordinating and tracking field jobs, work orders and installations.
- Receiving, triaging and allocating tickets and requests.
- Managing requests through ServiceNow and other operational systems.
- Working with Team Leaders to schedule resources and upcoming work.
- Following up outstanding jobs and making sure they are completed on time.
- Maintaining accurate information across internal databases and systems.
- Coordinating information between internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with reporting, data updates and basic analysis.
- Investigating issues and helping identify better ways of working.
- Providing day-to-day operational support to the Field Force team.
What we're looking for
This role is suited to someone with previous experience in coordination, scheduling, field operations, service delivery or a similar environment.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Field Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, Workforce Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience coordinating multiple jobs, requests, tasks or work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep track of competing priorities.
- Confidence working with Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Experience working with ticketing, job management or operational systems.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, scheduling systems or field-service platforms will be highly regarded.
You don't need experience with every system we use — we're looking for someone who understands how to coordinate work, manage information and keep things moving.
