The Opportunity

Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to make your mark with the market leader in NZ Out of Home? Based in our Auckland office, oOh!media is seeking an experienced, driven, and strategic Group Sales Leader to lead our sales team and deliver outstanding results.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive sales strategy that expands our market presence and builds strong client relationships. You'll be working closely with tier-one agencies to drive positive business outcomes and harnessing data-driven insights to optimize performance across all channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed business targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and market share
  • Foster and grow relationships with tier-one media agencies and key stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Use data and insights to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance

About You

You’re passionate about sales and people leadership, and you’re ready to take your career to the next level. You’re known for celebrating success, motivating your team, and delivering commercial results.

  • 5+ years’ experience in media sales
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand’s Out-of-Home (OOH) media landscape
  • Proven commercial mindset with a track record of driving business growth
  • Outstanding leadership skills – you inspire, motivate, and develop talent
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic, data-driven approach
  • Top-tier communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable and capable of switching between strategic and tactical priorities
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction
