We have a unique culture, purpose and set of values that shape how we show up every day. We Win as One. We are Hungry. Always. And we Own It. We are oOh!media, and we are unmissable.

About the opportunity:

  • Employment Type: Full time, permanent position
  • Flexibility: A vibrant, collaborative culture with 4 days in the office and flexibility built in
  • Location: Based in North Sydney

We are seeking a decisive and outcome-driven Program Delivery Lead to own the execution of business-led programs across oOh!media. Operating within the Platform Governance model, you are the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes within your program—ensuring work progresses with pace, clarity, and discipline across both business and technology workstreams.

You will partner closely with Business, Platform Solutions, Engineering, and Technology Practice to translate delivery-ready inputs into executed outcomes, making day-to-day decisions to maintain momentum, resolve blockers, and ensure successful delivery. Put simply: you own delivery with the authority to make decisions and the accountability for outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Program Delivery & Execution: Own end-to-end program delivery, accountable for achieving agreed scope, milestones, and outcomes across business, technology, and change workstreams.
  • Planning & Sequencing: Translate delivery-ready inputs into executable plans, managing sequencing, milestones, and trade-offs required to maintain progress within program boundaries.
  • Delivery Readiness & Entry Control: Verify all work meets Definition of Ready (DoR) before entering execution, rejecting or escalating work that does not meet standards to keep delivery clear and structured.
  • RAID & Dependency Management: Own the single program RAID view, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers across all workstreams to drive rapid resolution.
  • Cadence, Governance & Reporting: Establish delivery cadences, run governance in compliance with gated controls, and maintain clear visibility of status and performance for Business and Technology stakeholders.
  • Release & Operational Readiness: Ensure delivery outputs meet quality criteria for release, coordinating a smooth transition from delivery to operational readiness in partnership with business and ops teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-workstream programs or projects operating across both business and technology environments.
  • Governance Expertise: Strong experience operating within structured governance and delivery frameworks (gated delivery with agile execution).
  • Delivery & Risk Management: Demonstrated capability translating structured inputs into executable delivery plans while managing risk, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Core Characteristics: An outcome owner and decisive operator with a driver mentality, structured thinking, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders without relying on authority.

Benefits and perks:

  • Modern offices with great amenities and easy transport access
  • Competitive salary and bonus opportunities
  • Career development and learning opportunities to support your growth
  • Generous parental leave and wellbeing support, including EAP access via Sonder
  • Regular team events, social activities, and recognition programs
  • Wellness initiatives and discounts to support your health and lifestyle
  • The opportunity to work with leading brands on high-impact, creative campaigns

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
