About the Opportunity:
If you’re the kind of person who loves variety, leads by example, doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty, and enjoys being out and about—this Supervisor role is for you. You’ll guide and support our Maintenance team while still jumping in on the tools , as well as changing of advertising posters in your assigned patch, making sure each site is on point and up to date.
From bus shelters to advertising sites,in the East and South of Melbourne , you’ll make sure everything is presented at its best.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different, but you can expect a mix of:
- Supervise and support Maintenance Operatives across your assigned region
- Keep bus shelters in top condition—cleaning glass, fixing seats, maintaining structures, and managing weeds
- Graffiti removal and minor repairs
- Posting of new advertising campaigns every fortnight (plus mid-cycle and special posts), including shopping centre locations
- Ensure potentially hazardous sites are secured quickly and safely
- Catch issues early, act fast, and report them accurately
About You
You’re practical, organised, and confident leading from the front. You know how to motivate a team, keep things running smoothly, and jump in when needed.
You’ll thrive if you have:
- Experience supervising or leading a small team
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfort working outdoors
- Experience with basic hand and power tools
- A full Australian driver’s licence
- A safety-first mindset
