We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Executive to join our Media Sales Team within the Revenue & Growth division. Reporting to a Group Sales Leader, this role serves as the foundational entry point into our sales function, acting as a vital link in ensuring campaign excellence, customer satisfaction, and smooth internal coordination.

In this role, you will embody the oOh! Way by bringing a customer-first mindset, managing end-to-end post-sale execution, and working closely with Business Managers to deliver impactful customer campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Work directly with Business Managers and clients across the briefing and campaign lifecycle—including brief response building, campaign recommendations, go-live activities, and post-campaign analysis. Serve as the primary post-sale contact to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Build deep knowledge of the Out-of-Home landscape. Support campaign strategies by participating in planning sessions, brief uncoveries, and utilizing media tools (e.g., Adex, Big Datr). Collaborate cross-functionally with Poly Strategy, Creative, Product Sales, and CTU teams.
  • Sales Execution & Process Discipline: Drive accuracy in post-sale execution across CRM systems, MOVE, IMS, Signz, OTP, oOh! Plan, and oOh! Explore. Maintain CRM data, manage campaign trackers, and assist with pipeline/weekly forecasting.
  • Industry & Brand Engagement: Attend external industry events (e.g., NGEN, OMA) to build market understanding, strengthen relationships, and represent the oOh! brand with professionalism.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience & Technical Aptitude: Prior exposure to a media, sales, or commercial environment, with an eagerness to master tools such as CRM, MOVE, and media intelligence platforms.
  • Customer First Mindset: Strong service orientation with a track record of delivering accurate, timely support and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Execution & Attention to Detail: High level of discipline in execution, documentation, reporting, and campaign workflow management.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to internal/external stakeholders and collaborate cross-departmentally.
  • Core Traits: High learning agility, accountability, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a team-first attitude.

Benefits and perks:

  • Modern offices with great amenities and easy transport access
  • Competitive salary and bonus opportunities
  • Career development, clear sales career pathways, and mentorship from experienced Business Managers
  • Generous parental leave and wellbeing support, including EAP access via Sonder
  • Regular team events, social activities, and recognition programs
  • Wellness initiatives and discounts to support your health and lifestyle
  • The opportunity to work with leading brands on high-impact, creative campaigns

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
