Are you a systems thinker with a passion for transforming product vision into practical, measurable, and sustainable solutions? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner (TPO) to join our team. In a two-in-a-box partnership with the Business Product Owner (BPO), you will co-own product direction and delivery decisions, ensuring product outcomes translate into practical solution approaches, quality delivery, and observable product performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for shaping how we solve problems in a way that is feasible, operable, scalable, and measurable. Your close collaboration with Engineering and Design is key to reducing feasibility and operability risk early and maintaining a sustainable, high-integrity delivery system.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Shape Solution Approaches: Break outcomes into testable solution opportunities, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) slices, and staged delivery plans.
• Ensure Delivery Integrity: Partner with key product squad roles to ensure clear acceptance criteria, defined quality standards, release readiness, and predictable execution.
• Drive Feasibility Early: Identify system and product constraints, dependencies, trade-offs, and risks through close collaboration with Engineering, Security, and Architecture partners.
• Embed Measurability: Define behavioral and system analytics needs so the team can effectively prove impact and learn post-release.
• Manage Roadmap Dependencies: Coordinate sequencing, integration points, and cross-team impacts to maintain overall roadmap integrity.
• Steward Product Health: Balance delivery speed with resilience, focusing on performance, reliability, maintainability, and technical debt visibility.
• Partner for Alignment: Work with the BPO to co-author discovery-to-delivery handoffs, articulate experiment outcomes, and create stakeholder-ready narratives.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

• Experience in product ownership or product delivery roles requiring strong technical fluency (e.g., engineering-adjacent PM/PO, delivery lead with product capability, platform/data product exposure).
• Proven ability to translate outcomes into deliverable increments (MVP slicing, iterative release strategies).
• Strong grasp of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD concepts, observability, quality, risk, and dependency management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional solution shaping efforts with engineers and designers.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and effectively reducing risk through discovery, spikes, experiments, and incremental delivery.
