As a Campaign Executive at oOh!, you will provide administrative support to a dynamic sales team, working with our Tier 1 media agency partners. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the sales team are enabled to maximise opportunities and provide the best possible service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Client & Campaign Lifecycle Support: Work directly with your Business Manager and clients to ensure customer needs are met throughout the briefing and campaign lifecycle—including campaign recommendations, brief response building, go-live activities, post-campaign analysis, and client queries/resolutions.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with your immediate team and supporting teams to develop a rich understanding of the oOh! sales cycle and best support and prioritise workload to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
- CRM & Data Maintenance: Maintain and keep data up to date in our CRM, utilizing internal tools and platforms.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce various reports in Excel and PowerPoint, delivering data insights and analysis to the wider team.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide administrative support and complete other ad-hoc tasks as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Customer & Admin Experience: A background in front-line customer service, sales support, or administration.
- Attention to Detail & Prioritisation: A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Time Management & Drive: Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the drive to work hard, meet commitments, and achieve or exceed targets in fast-paced or challenging circumstances.
- Problem-Solving & Confidence: Confidence to ask questions, seek alternative solutions, and ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Collaboration & Communication: The ability to work well both independently and collaboratively across immediate and supporting teams.
- Technical Skills: Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valued Mindset: No media experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and grow in an exciting, fast-paced industry!
