About the opportunity:
- Permanent Full-Time role
- Based in South Melbourne.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our recently created digital sales team focused on programmatic growth. As a Programmatic Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in helping grow our programmatic footprint, working closely with the digital sales team to support an array of Agency and Direct Clients across VIC and SA.
This is a hands-on role where you will provide sales support and administration, assisting the team selling our media assets via programmatic.
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
- Programmatic Management: Manage Private Marketplace (PMP)/deal setup in our programmatic SSP and assist in the management of programmatic direct campaigns through oOh!’s ad server.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support on briefs and proposals shared through the team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients. Work closely with the programmatic Supply Manager to ensure adequate supply and inventory forecasting and troubleshoot any inventory issues.
- Process Improvement: Help drive continued growth by assisting in process development internally and externally.
- Internal Support: Build relationships and support internal cross-functional teams to bolster a seamless campaign lifecycle.
You Will Also Bring:
- A background in front-line customer service, sales support, or administration is ideal.
- A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to priorities tasks effectively.
- Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
- Previous media experience is highly regarded but not necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow.
