As a Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in one of Australia’s most elite media sales teams, working with a vibrant client base and delivering bold, creative advertising solutions seen by 95% of metro Australians every week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Client & Campaign Support: Manage a mix of existing key clients and hunt for new opportunities across Independent Agencies, selling Out of Home advertising across our full national network.
  • Warm Desk Management: Step into a warm desk with well-established relationships already in place, giving you a strong foundation to build on from day one.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with clients and internal teams to uncover, build, and convert high-impact advertising solutions.
  • Portfolio & Account Planning: Execute tailored sales strategies across your agency group to secure media spend and consistently achieve target milestones and revenue goals.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with internal creative, operations, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end campaign delivery for your clients.

What you’ll bring:

  • Account Management Experience: Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years of Account Management experience.
  • High Standards & Drive: Hold yourself to high standards, striving to achieve meaningful results, exceeding client expectations, and tackling challenges with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Consultative Influence: Influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative sales approach to exceed revenue targets.
  • Data-Informed Approach: Use data, metrics, and market insights to inform and strengthen your approach.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Communicate and collaborate effectively with sharp critical thinking skills to convert new opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge (Bonus Points): Well-connected in the media/advertising industry with experience using data to shape your sales strategy.
