We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing, Safety & Environment (WSE) Partner to join oOh!media’s WSE team. Based at our North Sydney office, you will lead the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of oOh!media's WSE Management System.

In this role, you will act as a key business partner to our head office functions, supporting leaders and teams in embedding WSE practices into daily operations—with a strong, proactive focus on employee wellbeing and psychosocial safety.

What you’ll be doing:

  • WSE Management System Leadership: Support the end-to-end development, rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of oOh!media's WSE Management System across the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Advisory & Capability: Business partner with head office functions at our North Sydney offices to provide specialist advice and guidance on WSE legislative obligations, management system requirements, psychosocial risk management, and industry best practice.
  • Wellbeing & Psychosocial Strategy: Support the ongoing development, implementation, and evolution of mental health, employee wellbeing, and psychosocial risk initiatives.
  • Assurance, Audit & Compliance: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external WSE audits to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Monitor system effectiveness by leveraging assurance activities, stakeholder feedback, incident learnings, and emerging regulatory requirements to identify and drive proactive safety improvements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Safety, Wellbeing, or HSE Business Partner role within a commercial or corporate environment.
  • Technical & Legislative Expertise: Solid understanding of WSE legislative obligations, safety management system frameworks, and psychosocial risk management standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Confident business partner with a strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and advise head office leaders effectively.
  • Auditing & Assurance: Practical experience in planning, executing, and coordinating internal and external WSE audit programs.
  • Core Traits: Proactive, collaborative, dependency-aware, pragmatically thorough, and passionate about fostering a strong culture of physical and mental wellbeing.
