As a Campaign Delivery Executive at oOh!media, you’ll be integral to achieving our vision to raise the bar in Out-of-Home and be recognised as the most elite media sales team in Australia.
Here’s what you’ll do…
Based in our North Sydney or Melbourne Office, we are seeking a Campaign Delivery Executive to join OOh! media award-winning team. As a Campaign Delivery Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the uploading and scheduling of advertising creative into our systems, as well as collaborating with the Sales teams to make sure, whilst providing an excellent customer experience for our clients.
Day to day, you will:
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients and our sales team across upcoming campaigns
- Test and schedule static and digital creative files
- Organise print and installation of material.
- Collate information from various sources and enter data accurately into our system within strict deadlines
- Communicate with multiple clients and multiple sales teams via phone and email
- Pro-actively troubleshoot and problem solve by liaising with relevant stakeholders internally and externally
Skills and experience
- Strong communication, verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, be able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Impeccable time management skills
