The role:

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the BAU contact and management reporting of oOh!’s Street Furniture commercial contracts. They are a key point of call for day-to-day matters and will be key in managing revenue, operational and KPI reporting, working across site changes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to communicate any relevant information. Other responsibilities will include business case tracking, investigating new site and/or revenue opportunities and working with internal and external stakeholders on projects.

 They will also work closely with key stakeholders to ensure any site changes are reflected within our systems and all information has been passed to Commercial Administration, Network Operations, Finance, Projects and Operations. 

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Internal stakeholder management: Timely and professional response to internal queries from sales, coordinating project mobilisation and asset teams, and working closely with finance on revenue reporting and tracking.
  • Reporting: Collating monthly/quarterly and annual reports for our commercial partners and presenting these reports in meetings. These meetings give the opportunity to provide additional context on current sales and operational environment and any relevant updates from oOh! and/or general advertising market.
  • Revenue Drivers: Identifying any potential opportunities to increase revenues for commercial partners. This may include identifying new site locations, working with Sales on any pressure points, and remaining engaged with commercial partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • External stakeholder communication: Being a point of contact for all BAU matters for commercial partners and escalating any issues to the relevant stakeholder.

In order to be successful for this role:

  • Analytical: Gather information from systems and people, analyse and validate information, identify key risks and benefits, determine best course of action.   Identifies flaws in own and others thinking and can discuss these constructively. Someone with attention to detail.
  • Problem solving: Seeks input from others, identifies the cause of issues to effectively solve problems, takes action and sets up systems/procedures to prevent problem recurring.
  • Planned and Organized: Able to prioritise key tasks under pressure.   
  • ·Good communicator: Communicates positively and professionally with team members and customers. Communicates verbally and in written form with clarity.
  • Industry knowledge and Project Management experience preferable with 5 years knowledge
  • Tertiary Degree would be preferred not essential.
