Digital Sales Lead - Programmatic Growth (NSW Based)

An exciting opportunity is available for a Digital Sales Lead to join our dynamic digital sales team, focusing on programmatic growth and based in NSW. This role is crucial in expanding our programmatic footprint, achieving revenue targets, and servicing a diverse portfolio of agency and direct clients across multiple markets. You will be responsible for selling our media asset offerings across all programmatically enabled digital inventory. Key Responsibilities Driving Programmatic Growth & Client Relationships

  • Lead the growth of oOh’s programmatic revenue through strategic engagement methods.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, their teams, and our SSP/DSP partners.
  • Educate both new and existing clients to embed our offering into their programmatic workflows, focusing on Agency Trading Desks and programmatic teams within DBI businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively position our products and solutions in the market.
  • Represent programmatic on the Sydney and Brisbane leadership teams (NSW & QLD LT) and act as the face of programmatic in the northern markets (Market specialist).
  • Engage in Investment Director level communication plans within associated markets.
  • Participate in external events and social engagements to build client relationships and boost brand presence.

Operational Excellence & Team Building

  • Prepare and manage brief responses, supported by schedules/PMPs.
  • Contribute to the creation of process and best practice as part of a new team, with the opportunity to help build the team's ways of working from the ground up.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior programmatic experience gained within a DSP, SSP, publisher, or media agency environment.
  • OOH (Out-of-Home) background is preferred, but not essential.

Skills & Attributes

  • A proven "natural hunter" with success in managing and expanding key accounts.
  • An innate storyteller with an excellent presentation style and the ability to deliver engaging insights and solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach.
  • Proficient in using data, metrics, and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
  • Possess exemplary communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
