The Role:

The Commercial Executive is a crucial part of the Enterprise Commercial team, responsible for addressing day to day external stakeholder requests, Internal stakeholder communication, reporting & administration.

Key areas of impact:

  • Internal stakeholder management: Timely and professional response to internal requests from sales, operations and system management on behalf of the Enterprise team
  • Reporting: Collating monthly concession revenue and occupancy reporting, analysing data and providing commentary and recommendations. 
  • Administration: Collating user numbers, communicating data and statistics to Product team, ensuring systems and maps are updated, managing concession bonus and general administration.
  • First point of contact for all sales related queries.
  • External stakeholder communication: Timely response to external stakeholders in conjunction with the Commercial Managers.

The Experience:

  • Analytical: Gather information and data from systems and people, analyse and validate information, identify key risks and benefits, determine best course of action.   Identifies flaws in own and others thinking and can discuss these constructively. Someone with attention to detail.
  • Problem solving: Seeks input from others, identifies the cause of issues to effectively solve problems, acts and sets up systems/procedures to prevent problem recurring.
  • Planned and Organized: Able to prioritise key tasks under pressure.   
  • Strong communicator: Communicates positively and professionally with team members and customers.Communicates verbally and in written form with clarity.
  • Industry knowledge and Project Management experience preferable
