As a Commercial Executive at oOh!, you will play a key role in supporting the performance, governance, and day-to-day management of an assigned commercial portfolio. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and broader Commercial Operations team, you will focus on execution excellence—delivering commercial analysis, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination to ensure commercial commitments are achieved.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate insights, maintain portfolio integrity, and manage commercial issues through to resolution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Portfolio Governance & Analysis: Prepare commercial analysis, reporting, dashboards, and forecasting inputs to monitor and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contract and license obligations, including tracking key dates, abatements, variations, and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of commercial issues.
  • Commercial Growth Support: Support acquisition, renewal, and portfolio optimization initiatives through market research, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Business Case Preparation: Assist in drafting business cases, briefing papers, presentations, and portfolio performance reviews for senior leadership.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate commercial systems, records, and portfolio data, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the function.

What you’ll bring:

  • Commercial & Industry Experience: Background in a commercial, sales, or project-based role within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. Exposure to multi-site or multi-partner portfolios is highly regarded.
  • Commercial Acumen & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Operational Excellence: Excellent organization skills with a proven track record of managing competing priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving & Ownership: A proactive approach to identifying issues, evaluating options, and taking accountability for outcomes.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
