About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Posting Maintenance Glazier Operative to join the team at oOh! media. As a Posting Glazing Maintenance Operative, you will be an all-rounder who has experience in both general maintenance along with knowledge of glass fitting (pre-cut).

As a Posting Maintenance Glazing Operative, working within the team, you will ensure that routine and reactive maintenance tasks, poster installations, and glass fitting and glass cleanups is carried out in accordance with set timeframes

Skills required:

  • Complete minor maintenance and/or repairs to assets in the field using specified parts and equipment as required
  • Undertake accurate changing of advertising posters 
  • Identify and attend to glass damage, cleaning up (where necessary), and replacing broken glass
  • Carry out planned and unplanned glass fitting to designated oOh!media sites as required
  • Be available to work a variety of hours, including hours outside ordinary hours associated with the role and participate in the on-call roster
  • Assist Glazing Maintenance Operatives when two-man jobs are required and replenish their stock on an ad hoc basis.

  • High attention to detail, including, but not limited to, repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness
  • Ability to work unsupervised to achieve agreed outcomes, but also to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example in the deployment of all work activities
  • Ability to comply with established policies and procedures
  • Customer service skills
  • A self-starter with initiative to manage time and improve current processes where required
  • Be available to work a variety of hours, including hours outside ordinary hours associated with the role, and participate in the on-call roster
