The Opportunity:

Based from our Bella Vista office, this role will see you working within a team to provide a range of cleaning and posting services on oOh!’s Street Furniture assets (bus and train stations) and carry out the installation of advertising posters on these assets. Our warehouse is in Bella Vista which you’ll visit roughly once a week for parts and products and to collaborate with your teammates. You will have a clear view of your upcoming schedule and be given the autonomy to plan your hours around the best route. The role is Monday to Friday and offers flexibility in start and end times

To be successful as a Posting & Cleaning Operative you will ideally possess the following:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or asset maintenance
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and work in a highly autonomous environment
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills
  • A strong sense of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work on-call at times, which includes after-hours work
  • A high level of communication and the ability to utilize mobile technology
  • A full and valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & alcohol check, license check, and reference checks
  • Experience working in a company with strict WHS policies and procedures and commitment to adhere to them
