- Risk Mitigation: Identify delivery risks and dependencies early; work with peers to implement mitigation plans.
- Transparent Communication: Provide clear, transparent updates on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Squad Empowerment: Foster collaboration and empower squads to take accountability for delivery and operations (“you build it, you run it”).
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts to ensure delivery aligns to strategic goals and customer outcomes.
- Practice Growth: Actively participate in the Delivery Chapter, contributing to shared practices and learning.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members in agile and lean principles, helping to build maturity and self-organisation.
This is what you’ll look like:
- Experience: 5–7 years in software/product delivery, including at least 2–3 years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager.
- Agile Mastery: Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Lean principles.
