About the opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Based in North Sydney

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Platforms & Operations team. This is a great opportunity to take your strong customer service and problem-solving skills and apply them in a new way. You'll be a key part of the team, helping to coordinate the smooth operation of our digital platforms and tools. You'll ensure our sales and delivery teams have the seamless systems they need to succeed, playing a vital role in our day-to-day operations. 

Experience and responsibilities:

The ideal person for this role will have:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Strong experience working in a call centre or customer-facing sales environment, managing a high volume of queries.
  • A natural knack for problem-solving and a great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • An interest in or some experience with data, analytics, or sales reporting, with a desire to learn more about how it drives business decisions.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly.
