The Opportunity

As the Partnerships Marketing Lead you will be a key bridge builder between OneDigital marketing and our marketing counterparts in the Divisions. You will be co-creating marketing calendars to support acquisition and engagement of OnePass members including Division-specific benefit packages and a suite of offers for consumers that ultimately help demonstrate customer value through the OnePass program.

The Divisions are the retailers, but our customer-focused member program will be the cohesive glue to send the best offers to the targeted customer segments. Success in this role will be when the Divisions see that OnePass is growing Customer Lifetime Value. 


What you’ll be doing

  • Build strong, trusting and collaborative relationships with marketing counterparts within Divisions
  • Develop and maintain holistic marketing calendar incorporating Divisional offers and seasonal peaks – consider how this can be accessed and understood across the organisation effectively.
  • Oversee pipeline of Division-Specific Dynamic Rewards and input to a central calendar. Liaise with OnePass Digital Marketing team to ensure the implantation of Dynamic Rewards can be measured effectively
  • Work on the detail of communication plans by channel including email, Social, Web/App and in-store promotion.
  • Develop OnePass and joint Divisional campaigns in collaboration with other marketing leads
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in adherence to OnePass Brand Guidelines. Oversee delivery of assets by working cross-functionally with OnePass team; manage responsibilities between marketing agencies, in-house teams and approval processes.
  • Reporting on the success of partner marketing campaigns and promotions, specifically developing a “Test & Learn” mindset to share learnings across the Divisions to constantly improve marketing effectiveness.


What you'll bring to the table

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or partnerships role
  • Tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing or Business is advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Results driven
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship manager
  • Campaign management experience
  • Strong digital landscape understanding
