National Manager - Inventory & Purchasing

We’re looking for a Purchasing & Inventory National Manager to lead transformation, set strategy, and drive operational excellence in one of the most critical areas of our business.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll influence technology, systems, and people to deliver world-class inventory and purchasing performance. If you thrive on big-picture thinking, change leadership, and making an impact, this is your opportunity to take the reins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategy for planning, procurement, inventory management, and store replenishment to deliver improved customer outcomes and enable growth
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across purchasing and inventory functions
• Oversee the rollout and further development of a new APS system
• Build strategic supplier partnerships to drive supplier on-time performance
• Own performance, monitor KPIs, optimise stock levels, and manage inventory budgets
• Streamline processes and enhance efficiency via a culture of continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in inventory, procurement, and supply chain at a senior level
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver cross-functional projects
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with technology and systems implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
