We are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join our Sales team based in Wiri, Manukau, Auckland.
This role is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday.
Building strong relationships with customers across the country, this role needs a driven individual who genuinely wants to understand their customer needs and find solutions. With this being a desk-bound role, you will have an existing portfolio of customers where you will adopt a regular call-cycle and have a true partnering sales style.
The role requires an enthusiastic and passionate go-getter, who enjoys structure and reaching their targets. If you have a strong willingness to learn, a high level of resilience and is driven, we can teach you the rest.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Executing customer call plans/conducting phone meetings
- Building strong working relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Analysing market and sales data to look for trends and to provide best outcomes for your clients
- Maintain customer records within our CRM and Sales portal

What you need to bring to this role of Internal Account Manager:
- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 months experience within a corporate working environment
- Proven experience in sales, account management, customer service (typically 3-5 years).
- Willingness for learning and developing new skills
- A genuine desire to build relationships and better understand your customers’ needs
- Passion and self-motivation to consistently provide outstanding Value to our customers that drives high results

- A positive attitude and desire to become a great team member in our internal account management team
